“Having a dog can help your heart – literally.” – Harvard Medical School

Several studies have shown that owning a dog is associated with reducing your risk of heart disease, having lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, than non-owners.

Dogs have a calming effect on humans and this leads to handling stress better.
